YRCAA Removes Burn Ban for Yakima County

The
Burns Ban effecting both Upper and Lower Yakima County are LIFTED
effective 10:00 A.M. today, Thursday, October 20th,
2011.
The
PM2.5 levels have decreased in the last 24 hours and are now at a “Healthy”
level in both the Upper and the Lower County areas.  Ventilation and Dispersion are Poor to Fair
for Yakima County with fair winds.

 

YRCAA staff will continue to
monitor the air quality
.  Air Quality conditions can change rapidly.
