Due to stagnant weather conditions and elevated air pollution levels, the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is issuing a Stage 2 burn ban for Kitsap County and a Stage 1 burn ban for Snohomish County, effective at 12:00 p.m. today, January 28, 2010. For more details, visit www.pscleanair.org .
